is from Palermo, Sicily. He graduated with his degree in law from the Università degli Studi di Palermo. He holds his WSET Level 3 certification and others Italian wine certifications. Salvatore is a food and wine historian and co-founded Palermo Street Food. Salvatore is based in New York City, but spends much of his time in Palermo, Sicily. He is also a wine writer and regularly writes for Intravino.
